Getting the most out of your electric fry pan

Our favourite roast leg of lamb dish with seasonal veggies

Ingredients:
1.5kg leg of lamb on the bone
Seasonal Vegetables (add your favourites) – Carrot, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin, Beetroot, Onion
Garlic
Rosemary (fresh sprigs from the garden are best!)

Method:
Make small incisions in the leg and push chopped garlic into the holes. Rub leg with your favourite oil, we recommend olive oil for the health benefits, season with salt.
